Foam Party Setup Checklist
Whether you're hosting the party in your back garden or at a venue outdoor space, there are a few essentials we’ll need to make the foam magic happen:

Access to a garden hose and access to electricity (a standard power socket) are required.

If the party is at home, please make sure the garden hose is long enough to reach the foam party area. We use a large water barrel that holds 350 litres, and we fill it on-site.

If the party is at a venue:

We will still need access to both a hose and electricity—please double check that the venue can provide both.

It’s also very important to get permission from the venue in advance. While the foam is fully biodegradable and safe, we do not clean up after the party. If the venue has another event planned right after, this could cause an issue—so it's best to confirm with them early on.

Foam parties are full of wet and messy fun, so it’s important for parents and organisers to plan ahead for where children will change before and after the party.
Each child should bring:

A swimsuit or clothes they don’t mind getting wet (like shorts and a t-shirt)

A towel

A dry change of clothes

A pair of swim goggles – these are highly recommended

Our foam is safe, biodegradable, and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for children’s events. However, please note that:

We do not clean up the foam after the party.

The foam will naturally settle and disappear on its own, but the time this takes can vary—usually at least a couple of hours.

Because of this, we recommend that no other activities are scheduled in the foam area immediately after the party ends.
This helps avoid any disruption and ensures the area has time to return to normal before anything else takes place.

Our standard foam party package includes 350 litres of foam, which is perfect for most typical garden or outdoor spaces.
However, if you're planning the party in a very large garden or open space, we recommend adding an extra barrel of foam for £50. This brings the total to 700 litres, helping maintain a consistent foam level throughout the party and ensuring everyone gets plenty of time in the foam.
Please note:
The goal is not to fill the entire space with foam—that wouldn’t be practical or safe. Instead, we aim to create a defined foam zone where the children can play freely and safely.Let us know if you'd like to include this add-on when booking!

FAQ
Yes, we are happy to travel outside of Bristol! A travel fee of £1 per mile applies for locations beyond Bristol, calculated based on the distance to the party's postcode. For example, if the destination is 40 miles from Bristol (e.g., Swindon), an additional charge of £40 will be added to your package.
Once we confirm all the booking details, we will issue an invoice, and a deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Please note that we cannot hold any dates without the deposit, and it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we will always try to offer an alternative date that works for both parties.
Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation letter and party invites, which you can print if you choose to use them. The outstanding balance can be paid in cash on the day of the party or via bank transfer before the event.
Yes, we have an insurance certificate, risk assessment, and all our staff are DBS checked.
All documentation is available upon request.
We bring special waterproof carpets to cover the flooring during the event. All activities will take place on these mats. While some occasional bubbles may fly outside the carpet, we also bring a mop to quickly clean up any spills. During the final segment, where children make bubbles, some bubbles may land on their clothes. We bring plenty of towels for cleaning, but if parents are concerned that their child might be particularly messy, we advise that the child remains under parental supervision. Rest assured, when we leave, everything will be clean and tidy.
You can find the duration of each entertainment package in the package description. Typically, we offer bubble shows in sets of 30 minutes for smaller parties or very young children, 45 minutes for outdoor parties, and 1 hour for larger parties. For longer celebrations, you can combine packages to create a tailored experience for your occasion. If you would like to plan a longer party, please send us a message for a custom quote.
All our entertainment packages can be adjusted to suit any number of guests. However, we recommend adhering to the suggested number of guests for each package. The pricing is based on the number of guests, and the equipment we provide is tailored to these numbers. If you plan to invite more than 30 guests or require a longer party, please check our events section or contact us for a custom quote.
For indoor bubble displays, we request that the performance space be at least 2x2 meters and draught-free.
If air conditioning units are present, please switch them off. The performance space will be covered with waterproof carpets to prevent slips and trips.
